If you would like to contribute to the site then you need to email or write to me at the addresses shown below.
If you would like to submit an article, suggestion, comment or details for you own page and can type it yourself, then either write it in an email, or if you are familiar with notepad or MS Word type word processors then attach the file to an email. Please do not spend time formatting the text with special fonts, headings or italics as this will need to be removed before it can be published - just plain old text is fine!
For those of you that are not able to type the articles yourself, please send your contributions to me at the address below - I certainly don't want you to feel that you can't join in!!
